【分子生理所介紹】
分子生理學(xué)研究所集中研究分子生物學(xué)和生理過程的分子基礎(chǔ),例如研究睡眠、代謝、免疫、感知的分子機(jī)制及其調(diào)控等重要的生理過程,以及這些過程與疾病的關(guān)系。經(jīng)過6年的建設(shè)和發(fā)展,研究所擁有10名全職研究員,科研人員超過130人,積累了豐碩的科研成果。
【課題組介紹】
課題組負(fù)責(zé)人朱曦(MichaelXZhu)博士多年來致力于離子通道、膜受體和G蛋白信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)領(lǐng)域研究,重點(diǎn)集中于細(xì)胞信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)和離子通道調(diào)控分子機(jī)制和生理病理功能,在Nature、Cell、NatChemBiol、CurrBiol等國(guó)際知名期刊上發(fā)表相關(guān)文章二百多篇,被引用2萬8千多次,H-指數(shù)近90。課題組研究重點(diǎn)包括但不局限于:
1.離子通道結(jié)構(gòu)與功能調(diào)控機(jī)理及新藥開發(fā);
2.亞細(xì)胞器離子信號(hào)與離子通道的功能和生理病理作用及臨床干預(yù);
3.離子通道和膜受體在神經(jīng)發(fā)育和神經(jīng)退行性疾病中的作用及臨床干預(yù)。

【工作內(nèi)容】
1.在課題組組長(zhǎng)指導(dǎo)下開展科研工作,完成課題相關(guān)的科研任務(wù),撰寫發(fā)表高水平論文,同時(shí)歡迎博士后自帶課題加入課題組開展合作;
2.協(xié)助申請(qǐng)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金及省、市各級(jí)項(xiàng)目或作為負(fù)責(zé)人申請(qǐng)博士后科學(xué)基金;
3.協(xié)助指導(dǎo)課題組或?qū)嶒?yàn)室的研究生和研究助理的科研工作;
4.完成課題組長(zhǎng)交代的其他工作。
【應(yīng)聘條件】
1.申請(qǐng)人具有良好的政治素質(zhì)和道德修養(yǎng),遵紀(jì)守法,無不良記錄;
2.在國(guó)內(nèi)外知名大學(xué)獲得博士學(xué)位和學(xué)歷且不超過3年,或即將取得博士學(xué)位的博士研究生,具有生物物理學(xué)、生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、生理學(xué)、藥理學(xué)、免疫學(xué)和神經(jīng)科學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)背景;
3.能熟練以英文作為工作語言進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)交流;
4.對(duì)科研有濃厚興趣,具有一定的獨(dú)立開展科研工作的能力;具備杰出的學(xué)術(shù)道德和職業(yè)操守、良好的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神,適應(yīng)多課題、快節(jié)奏的工作環(huán)境,拼搏進(jìn)取。
5.具有以下領(lǐng)域研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先:膜蛋白,受體,離子通道,細(xì)胞信號(hào)傳導(dǎo),細(xì)胞自噬或凋亡機(jī)制研究,熟練掌握電生理記錄,高分辨成像,轉(zhuǎn)基因鼠模型與活體成像,組學(xué)和大數(shù)據(jù)分析,或高通量篩選等實(shí)驗(yàn)技術(shù)。

2.人才補(bǔ)貼:在站博士后可申請(qǐng)深圳市兩年36萬補(bǔ)貼;符合條件者,可申報(bào)廣東省海外博士后人才支持項(xiàng)目(在站60萬/2年,出站留粵住房補(bǔ)貼40萬/3年,總額100萬,其中在站補(bǔ)貼不與深圳市在站補(bǔ)貼疊加享受)。表現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀的博士后,可申請(qǐng)實(shí)驗(yàn)室“奮楫博士后”項(xiàng)目(前兩年10萬/年,后兩年36萬/年)。
3.基金項(xiàng)目:實(shí)驗(yàn)室全力協(xié)助博士后申請(qǐng)各類基金項(xiàng)目,例如:全國(guó)“博士后創(chuàng)新人才支持計(jì)劃”(56萬/2年,8萬科研資助)。
4.職業(yè)發(fā)展:實(shí)驗(yàn)室協(xié)助在站博士后規(guī)劃職業(yè)發(fā)展;博士后出站后根據(jù)工作能力及個(gè)人意愿可聘為本課題組助理研究員或副研究員。
5.出站待遇:根據(jù)相關(guān)政策,博士后人員期滿出站后6個(gè)月內(nèi)留(來)深全職工作且與企事業(yè)單位簽訂3年以上勞動(dòng)(聘用)合同的,給予每人36萬元出站留(來)深生活補(bǔ)助。對(duì)深圳市在站期間獲得博士后創(chuàng)新人才支持計(jì)劃或中國(guó)博士后科學(xué)基金特別資助的優(yōu)秀博士后可再獲得最高不超過30萬元的優(yōu)秀博士后留深資助。

The
Group Introduction
Dr. Michael X. Zhu, the group leader, has dedicated many years to research on ion channels, membrane receptors, and G protein signaling. His focus lies in the molecular mechanisms of cellular signal transduction and ion channel regulation, as well as their physiological and pathological functions. He has published over 200 related articles in internationally renowned journals such as Nature, Cell, Nature Chemical Biology, and Current Biology, with more than 28,000 citations and an H-index of nearly 90. The group's research priorities include, but are not limited to:
1. Structure-function relationships and regulatory mechanisms, as well as drug development of ion channels;
2. Ionic signals and ion channels in subcellular organelles – functional significance in (patho)physiology and clinical intervention;
3. The roles of ion channels and membrane receptors in neural development and neurodegenerative diseases.
Position:Post-Doctoral Fellows-J10525(2people)
Job Description
1. Conduct scientific research under the guidance of the group leader, complete project-related tasks, and publish high-quality academic papers. Postdoctoral fellows are welcome to join the group with their own research projects on a collaborative basis.
2. Assist in applying for national-level grants and provincial/municipal-level projects, and serve as the principal investigator (PI) in applying for postdoctoral research funds.
3. Support and guide graduate students and research assistants in the group or laboratory.
4. Fulfill other tasks assigned by the group leader as required.
Qualifications
1. Applicants must possess strong political integrity and moral character, abide by laws and regulations, and have no record of misconduct.
2. Candidates should hold a doctoral degree from a renowned domestic or international university (obtained within the past three years) or be expected to complete their degree soon. Preferred fields include biophysics, biochemistry and molecular biology, cell biology, physiology, pharmacology, immunology, neuroscience, or related disciplines.
3. Proficiency in English as the working language for academic communication is required.
4. Applicants should demonstrate strong research interest and the ability to conduct independent scientific work, along with outstanding academic integrity, professional ethics, communication skills, and teamwork spirit. They must be able to adapt to multi-project, fast-paced environments and exhibit a drive for excellence.
5. Preference will be given to candidates with research experience in areas such as membrane proteins, receptors, ion channels, cell signaling pathways, autophagy or apoptosis mechanisms. Proficiency in experimental techniques—including electrophysiology, high-resolution imaging, transgenic mouse models, in vivo imaging, omics and big data analysis, or high-throughput screening — is highly desirable.

We offer competitive, sustainable remuneration commensurate with the
candidate’s
qualifications (specific salary negotiable based on background). Benefits
include statutory welfare packages, mandatory social insurance and housing

2. Talent Subsidies:
Postdoctoral Associate may apply for Shenzhen Municipal Postdoctoral Living Subsidy (RMB 360,000 over two years).
Eligible candidates may apply for the Guangdong Overseas Postdoctoral Talent Program:
In-station subsidy: RMB 600,000/2 years、Post-station housing subsidy (for remaining in Guangdong): RMB 400,000/3 years. *(Total: RMB 1,000,000; note: in-station subsidy is non-stackable with Shenzhen Municipal subsidy)*
Outstanding postdocs may apply for SZBL’s Fenji Postdoctoral Fellowship: Years 1–2: RMB 100,000/year; Years 3–4: RMB 360,000/year
3. Funding Support:
SZBL provides comprehensive assistance in applying for competitive grants, including: National "Postdoctoral Innovative Talent Support Program" (RMB 560,000/2 years + RMB 80,000 research funding).
4. Career Development:
Customized career planning support is provided during postdoctoral tenure. Exceptional candidates may be offered positions as Associate Investigator or Assistant Investigator within the group upon completion of their postdoc training, subject to performance and mutual interest.
5. Post-Completion Benefits:
In accordance with Shenzhen policies, postdocs who commence full-time employment in Shenzhen within six months of completing their term and sign a 3+ year labor contract will receive a RMB 360,000 post-station living subsidy.
Outstanding postdoctoral fellows who receive the "Postdoctoral Innovative Talent Support Program" or the "China Postdoctoral Science Foundation Special Funding" during their postdoctoral period in Shenzhen may receive an additional subsidy of up to RMB 300,000 for remaining in Shenzhen.
