實(shí)驗(yàn)室介紹
首都醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新中心免疫研究所孫少聰實(shí)驗(yàn)室長(zhǎng)期致力于T細(xì)胞的功能和機(jī)制研究。使用信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)、CRISPR基因篩選、單細(xì)胞RNA測(cè)序和基因敲除小鼠等多種方法研究T細(xì)胞激活、分化、效應(yīng)功能和耗竭的分子機(jī)理,從而鑒定關(guān)鍵性T細(xì)胞調(diào)節(jié)因子。近期工作還包括運(yùn)用生物信息學(xué)手段分析癌癥患者腫瘤測(cè)序數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),鑒定癌癥免疫調(diào)節(jié)因子,然后用小鼠模型進(jìn)行機(jī)理研究。自身免疫研究包括多發(fā)行硬化癥、SLE和腸炎的小鼠模型。孫教授團(tuán)隊(duì)在該領(lǐng)域已經(jīng)做出了許多影響深遠(yuǎn)的貢獻(xiàn),包括發(fā)現(xiàn)多種調(diào)節(jié)T細(xì)胞功能和腫瘤免疫/自身免疫的關(guān)鍵因子。這些工作具有很好的轉(zhuǎn)化前景,對(duì)藥物開(kāi)發(fā)和疾病治療有重要指導(dǎo)作用。實(shí)驗(yàn)室也運(yùn)用癌癥免疫治療小鼠模型進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)化研究,探索免疫治療的改進(jìn)方法。

科研助理
一、崗位職責(zé)
1. RNA測(cè)序和單細(xì)胞多組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)生物信息學(xué)分析;
2. 通過(guò)生信分析協(xié)助團(tuán)隊(duì)開(kāi)展課題研究;
3. 參與生信數(shù)據(jù)分析討論會(huì)。
二、任職要求
1. 具有生命科學(xué)或生物信息學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷;
2. 具有生物信息學(xué)分析相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)背景;
3. 能夠熟練分析單細(xì)胞RNA測(cè)序數(shù)據(jù)和公共數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)再分析;
4. 兼具生物信息學(xué)和生物醫(yī)學(xué)研究背景者優(yōu)先考慮。

Laboratory Introduction
A major focus of the lab is to study the molecular mechanisms that regulate T cell activation, differentiation, effector function, and exhaustion using a variety of cutting-edge techniques, such as signal transduction, CRISPR library screening, single-cell RNA sequencing, and knockout mouse models. Our recent work also includes the use of bioinformatics to analyze tumor sequencing databases of cancer patients, identify cancer immunomodulators, and then conduct mechanistic studies using mouse models. Autoimmune studies include mouse models of multiple sclerosis, SLE, and colitis. Professor Sun's team has made many significant contributions in this field, including the discovery of key factors regulating T cell functions in autoimmunity and cancer immunity. Our work also has strong translational potential and plays an important guiding role in drug development and disease treatment. The laboratory also uses mouse models of cancer immunotherapy to conduct translational studies and explore improved methods of immunotherapy.

Bioinformatic Research Assistant
Main Responsibilities
a. Carrying out bioinformatic analysis of RNA sequencing and single-cell multi-omics data.
b. Assisting research team in conducting research projects by providing bioinformatic analysis.
Qualifications
a. Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in life sciences or bioinformatics.
b. With research background in bioinformatics or related fields.
c. With experience in bioinformatic analysis of single-cell RNA sequencing data or data mining of public datasets.
d. Candidates with both bioinformatic and biological research experiences are preferred.
