二、合作導(dǎo)師介紹

張勇民教授，法國國家藥學(xué)科學(xué)院院士、國際知名糖化學(xué)與糖生物學(xué)專家，法國索邦大學(xué)博士生導(dǎo)師，于2025年正式加入廣東工業(yè)大學(xué)生物醫(yī)藥學(xué)院。張?jiān)菏块L期從事糖化學(xué)與糖生物學(xué)領(lǐng)域的研究，在生物活性寡糖合成、抗腫瘤、抗病毒、抗糖尿病等寡糖新藥研發(fā)，以及天然活性多糖的提取分離、結(jié)構(gòu)解析與生物應(yīng)用等方面取得了一系列重要成果。已在《Nature Communications》《Journal of the American Chemical Society》《Angewandte Chemie International Edition》《Journal of Medicinal Chemistry》《European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry》等國際權(quán)威期刊發(fā)表SCI論文300余篇，獲授權(quán)發(fā)明專利10項(xiàng)。因科研發(fā)展需要，現(xiàn)面向海內(nèi)外公開招聘博士后研究人員數(shù)名。

三、應(yīng)聘條件

1.已取得或即將取得有機(jī)化學(xué)、藥物化學(xué)、天然產(chǎn)物化學(xué)、制藥工程、糖化學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)博士學(xué)位；

2.品學(xué)兼優(yōu)，身心健康，年齡一般不超過35周歲；

3.獲得博士學(xué)位不超過3年，或已完成博士學(xué)位論文答辯的應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生；

4.具備扎實(shí)的科研基礎(chǔ)和良好的學(xué)術(shù)發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ?/span>

5.能夠全職在廣東工業(yè)大學(xué)從事博士后研究工作。

四、薪酬待遇

1.薪酬支持：博士后崗位分為卓粵博士后、青百博士后（A+、A、B）。提供具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的薪酬待遇。在站期間成果突出者，最高可達(dá)65萬元/年（含五險(xiǎn)一金單位部分），具體以聘用協(xié)議為準(zhǔn)。

2.項(xiàng)目申報(bào)：支持博士后申請(qǐng)各類人才項(xiàng)目，獲批者可差額疊加享受項(xiàng)目資助經(jīng)費(fèi)。

3.住房保障：學(xué)校提供博士后公寓。

4.職稱認(rèn)定：進(jìn)站前未評(píng)定職稱者，學(xué)?？砂匆?guī)定認(rèn)定為中級(jí)職稱。

5.赴法交流機(jī)會(huì)：在站期間表現(xiàn)優(yōu)異者，可資助赴法交流學(xué)習(xí)。

6.留校機(jī)會(huì)：在站成果突出者，可按學(xué)校相關(guān)人才引進(jìn)程序，同等條件下優(yōu)先留校。對(duì)于卓粵博士后，在站工作期限24個(gè)月內(nèi)出站考核優(yōu)秀者，原則上留校。

About the Supervisor
Professor Zhang Yongmin, Member of the French National Academy of Pharmacy, internationally renowned expert in carbohydrate chemistry and glycobiology, and doctoral supervisor at Sorbonne University, joined the School of Biomedicine and Pharmaceutical Sciences at GDUT in 2025. He has long been dedicated to research in carbohydrate chemistry and glycobiology, achieving outstanding accomplishments in the synthesis of biologically active oligosaccharides, development of oligosaccharide-based drugs for anti-tumor, anti-viral, and anti-diabetic applications, as well as extraction, structural characterization, and biological applications of natural bioactive polysaccharides. He has published over 300 SCI-indexed papers in prestigious international journals such as Nature Communications, Journal of the American Chemical Society, Angewandte Chemie International Edition, Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, and European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, with the highest single paper citation count reaching 280. He also holds 10 authorized patents. To expand the research team, several postdoctoral positions are now open worldwide.

Requirements

1. Ph.D. obtained or to be obtained soon in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Natural Products Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Carbohydrate Chemistry, or related fields.

2. Excellent character and academic performance, good physical and mental health, generally under 35 years of age.

3. Ph.D. obtained within the last three years, or a recent graduate who has completed their doctoral dissertation defense.

4. Solid research background and strong potential for academic development.

5. Must be able to work full-time as a postdoctoral researcher at GDUT.

Benefits & Support

1. Salary: Postdoctoral positions are classified into A++, A+ and A categories, offering competitive remuneration. Outstanding performance during the appointment may result in an annual salary of up to 650,000 RMB (including employer contributions to social insurance). Specific terms will be based on the employment agreement.

2.Funding Programs: The university encourages and supports postdoctoral researchers to apply for various talent and research funding programs. Successful applicants will receive additional funding on top of their base salary.

3. Housing: On-campus postdoctoral apartments are provided.

4. Professional Title: Postdoctoral researchers who have not previously undergone professional title evaluation may be recognized as intermediate-level titled researchers following the university’s procedures.

5. Career Development: Outstanding postdoctoral researchers (classified as A+/A++) may qualify for fully funded exchange programs in France by the group.
