為進一步完善科學基金人才資助體系，充分發(fā)揮科學基金引進和培養(yǎng)人才的功能，吸引海外優(yōu)秀青年人才回國（來華）工作，國家自然科學基金委員會（以下簡稱自然科學基金委）2026年繼續(xù)實施國家自然科學基金優(yōu)秀青年科學基金項目（海外）。

Ⅰ. Project Introduction
In order to further improve the talent funding system of the Scientific Foundation, give full play to the function of the Science Foundation in introducing and cultivating talents, and attract outstanding young talents from overseas to work in China, the National Natural Science Foundation of China (hereinafter referred to as NSFC) will continue to implement the NSFC Outstanding Young Scientist Fund Program (Overseas) in 2026.

二 申請條件
1.遵守中華人民共和國法律法規(guī)，具有良好的科學道德，自覺踐行新時代科學家精神；
2.出生日期在1986年1月1日（含）以后；
3.具有博士學位；
4.研究方向主要為自然科學、工程技術等；
5.在取得博士學位后至2026年4月15日前，一般應在海外高校、科研機構、企業(yè)研發(fā)機構獲得正式教學或者科研職位，且具有連續(xù)36個月以上工作經歷；在海外取得博士學位且業(yè)績特別突出的，可適當放寬工作年限要求（不適用于通過中外聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)方式取得海外博士學位的情況）；
在海外工作期間，同時擁有境內帶薪酬職位的申請人，其境內帶薪酬職位的工作年限不計入海外工作年限。
6.取得同行專家認可的科研或技術等成果，且具有成為該領域學術帶頭人或杰出人才的發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ?/font>
7.申請人尚未全職回國（來華）工作，或者2026年1月1日以后回國（來華）工作。獲資助通知后須辭去海外工作并全職回國（來華）工作不少于3年。
8.限項要求：執(zhí)行國家科技人才計劃統(tǒng)籌銜接的相關要求。同層次國家科技人才計劃只能承擔一項，不能逆層次申請。
Ⅱ.Recruitment Requirements
A. Applicant Requirements
1.Comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, have good scientific ethics, and consciously practice the spirit of scientists in the new era.
2. Born on or after January 1, 1986.
3. Hold a doctoral degree.
4. The research orientation is mainly in natural science, engineering technology, etc.
5. After obtaining the doctoral degree until April 15, 2026, the applicant should generally have held a formal teaching or research position at an overseas university. research institution, or corporate research and development institution for a continuous period of at least 36 months. For those who have obtained a doctoral degree overseas with outstanding achievements, the requirement for work experience can be appropriately relaxed (Not applicable to the case of obtaining a doctoral-degree overseas through joint Chinese-foreign training);
6. For applicants who also hold a paid position in China while working overseas, the years of service in the paid position in China will not be counted as years of service overseas.
7. Have research or technical achievements recognized by peers and demonstrate the potential to become an academic leader or outstanding talent in the field.
8. The applicant has not worked full-time in China or would return to China for work after January 1, 2026. After receiving the funding notification, the applicant must resign from overseas work or have no job overseas and work full-time in China for a minimum of 3 years.
B. Limitation on the Number of Project
Comply with the requirements of the coordination of National Talent Programs In Science And Technology. Within the support period of the same level national talent program, only one project can be undertaken, and applications cannot be made at a lower level than the current level.
三 申報說明
1.有意依托申報者，請將個人簡歷發(fā)送至醫(yī)院人事部郵箱sxbqeyyrsc@163.com，簡歷主要包含個人基本信息、學習和工作經歷、主要學術成就、聯(lián)系方式等，郵件注明“姓名+申請海外優(yōu)青”。
2.符合條件的申請人請與醫(yī)院簽訂工作合同或者意向性協(xié)議，醫(yī)院將指派專人指導2026年系統(tǒng)申報及后續(xù)申報相關服務工作。
3.2026年申報指南發(fā)布后，申請人于申報日期截止前登錄信息系統(tǒng)進行在線申報;申請人對所提交申請材料的真實性負責。
Ⅲ.Application Instructions
1. Please send your CV to the email of Hospital Personnel Department: sxbqeyyrsc@163.com, and the CV shall mainly include the basic personal information, study and work experiences, main academic achievements and contact (email, phone number etc.) ., with "Name + Application for Overseas Outstanding Youth" as the subject of the email.
2. Applicants who meet the requirements should sign a work contract or an intention agreement with the hospital. The hospital will assign dedicated personnel to guide the 2026 system application and related service work.
3. After the 2026 application guide are released, applicants should log in to the information system and complete the online application before the deadline (final date) of the application; applicants should be responsible for the authenticity of the submitted application materials.

Ⅳ.Support Conditions
1. Public-service establishment post, with Professor academic title and doctoral supervisor designation,dedicated doctoral and master's student enrollment quotas, and unrestricted postdoctoral recruitment capacity.
2. Scientific research start-up funds of CNY 3-6 million.
3. Settlement allowance: CNY 2 million - 3 million .
4. After-tax annual salary of CNY 1 million, specific terms can be negotiated .
5. Ample office and laboratory space provision and living allowances.
6. Allocation of full-time research assistants and institutional support for research team formation.
7. Provision of talent apartment housing.

六 醫(yī)院簡介
山西白求恩醫(yī)院（山西醫(yī)學科學院），是華中科技大學附屬同濟醫(yī)院共建國家區(qū)域醫(yī)療中心單位，位于山西省省會太原市龍城大街99號，占地583畝，建筑面積49萬m2。醫(yī)院擁有華北最大的門診區(qū)，日可接待門診逾萬人，共開設床位3200張。設有院士工作站4個，博士后科研工作站1個；臨床、醫(yī)技科室62個，其中，國家級臨床重點?？?/font>2個；省“136”興醫(yī)工程領軍臨床?？?/font>1個；省級臨床重點?？?/font>15個；省級重點學科12個。

Ⅵ. Hospital Introduction
Shanxi Bethune Hospital (Shanxi Academy of Medical Sciences), a National Regional Medical Center co-constructed by Tongji Hospital affiliated to Huazhong University of Science and Technology, is located at NO. 99 Longcheng Avenue, Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province, covering an area of 583 mu with a construction area of 490,000 m2. The hospital has the largest outpatient area in North China, with more than 10,000 outpatients treated on a daily basis and 3,200 beds in total. There are 4 academician workstations, 1 postdoctoral research workstation, 62 clinical and medical or technical departments, including 2 key National Clinical Specialty, 1 leading clinical specialty of "136" Provincial Medical Project, 15 Provincial Key Clinical Specialties, and 12 Provincial Key Disciplines.
The hospital focuses on the construction of scientific research platforms. Currently, the scientific research building projects cover an area of 120,000 m2. The building has been completed and put into use in2024. The hospital is equipped with more than 10 well-known scientific research platforms in the province, including the Shanxi Nano - Biomedical Engineering Research Centre, Shanxi Key Laboratory for the Research of Endocrinology and Metabolism. It has over 30 research institutions integrating scientific research, teaching, medical treatment and postgraduate training, including the Medical Laboratory Center, Office of Institute of Medical Apparatus Clinical Trials, and Office of Institute of Drug Clinical Trials. 七 科研樓簡介
山西白求恩醫(yī)院（山西醫(yī)學科學院）科研大樓是華北地區(qū)規(guī)模最大、功能最全的醫(yī)學科研綜合體，總建筑面積12萬平方米,全樓采用智能化設計，集基礎研究、臨床轉化為一體,負一層設有3000平方米的生物樣本庫，配備自動化存儲和管理系統(tǒng)，可容納數百萬份生物樣本；地上3-5層為醫(yī)學實驗中心，配置質譜儀、流式細胞儀等高端設備；6-19層為臨床科室專用實驗室；20-21層為按照國際 GLP 標準建設的藥物 GLP 實驗室，配備了先進的分析檢測設備，包括液相色譜-質譜聯(lián)用儀、氣相色譜儀等，可開展藥物代謝、毒理研究等多項實驗。22層醫(yī)學實驗中心動物房，采用屏障環(huán)境，配備自動化的飼養(yǎng)管理系統(tǒng)和環(huán)境監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)，可同時飼養(yǎng)數萬只大小鼠，設有專門的實驗操作區(qū)、手術室和術后觀察室，為動物實驗提供全方位的支持。未來，科研大樓將繼續(xù)堅持"四個面向"戰(zhàn)略方向，通過優(yōu)化科研環(huán)境、引進高端人才、加強國際合作，打造區(qū)域醫(yī)學科技創(chuàng)新高地，為健康中國建設作出更大貢獻。
Ⅶ. Introduction to the Research Building
The Research Building of Shanxi Bethune Hospital (Shanxi Medical Academy) is the largest and most comprehensive medical research complex in North China, with a total floor area of 120,000 m2. Designed with intelligent systems, the building integrates fundamental research and clinical translation capabilities. Key facilities include:
Basement Level 1: a 3,000 m2 bio bank equipped with automated storage and management systems, capable of housing millions of biological specimens.
Floors 3-5: Contain the medical experimentation center, outfitted with advanced instrumentation including mass spectrometers and flow cytometers.
Flors 6-19: Dedicated laboratories for clinical departments.
Floors 20-21: The pharmaceutical GLP laboratory, built in accordance with international GLP standards, equipped with advanced analytical instruments including liquid chromatography-mass spectrometers (LC-MS) and gas chromatography, enabling comprehensive pharmaceutical metabolism and toxicology studies.
Floor 22: The Animal Facility of the Medical Experimentation Center maintains a barrier-controlled environment with automated husbandry management and environmental monitoring systems, capable of housing tens of thousands of rodents. The facility features dedicated experimental operation zones, surgical suites, and post operative observation units, providing full-cycle technical support for pre clinical research activities.
Moving forward, the research building will adhere to the strategic "Four Orientations" principle. By optimizing the research ecosystem,recruiting top-tier talent, and strengthening international collaboration, it aims to establish itself as a regional hub for medical innovation and contribute significantly to the Healthy China initiative.
