一、項(xiàng)目介紹I.Program Overview
南方科技大學(xué)海洋高等研究院于2023年12月27日正式成立，是高效落實(shí)深圳海洋大學(xué)籌建工作的關(guān)鍵舉措，是吸納海洋領(lǐng)域高端人才的重要載體平臺(tái)，承擔(dān)深圳海洋大學(xué)籌建期的人才引進(jìn)、人才培養(yǎng)、學(xué)科建設(shè)、校企合作、項(xiàng)目孵化、重大項(xiàng)目申報(bào)、重大平臺(tái)建設(shè)等重點(diǎn)工作。深圳海洋大學(xué)由深圳市高起點(diǎn)、高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、高層次建設(shè)，目標(biāo)為打造一所具有鮮明海洋特色的世界一流大學(xué)，由南方科技大學(xué)牽頭籌辦。主校園已于2023年7月20日開(kāi)工建設(shè)，預(yù)計(jì)2026年底可竣工交付。
The Advanced Institute for Ocean Research (AIOR), Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech), was officially established on December 27, 2023, marking a key step in the efficient implementation of the preparatory work for Shenzhen Ocean University.It serves as an important platform for attracting high-end talents in the marine field and undertakes key tasks such as talent recruitment, talent cultivation, discipline construction, industry-university cooperation, project incubation, major project application, and major platform construction during the preparatory period of Shenzhen Ocean University (SOU).SOU is constructed by Shenzhen with high starting point, high standards, and high level, aims to build a world-class university with distinct marine characteristics, and its preparation is led by Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech).The main campus broke ground on July 20, 2023, and is expected to be completed and delivered by the end of 2026.

The National Science Fund Program for Outstanding Young Scholars (Overseas) is tailored to draw in and inspire accomplished young scholars from overseas, including individuals with non-Chinese origins, who have showcased excellence in natural sciences, engineering, and related fields.The program is designed to attract these scholars to China, offering them the autonomy to select their research focus, participate in innovative projects, and contribute to the development of young scientific and technological talent.This initiative strives to cultivate a cohort of promising academic leaders poised to make substantial contributions at the forefront of global science and technology, thereby bolstering China's technological advancement.
優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目（海外）項(xiàng)目實(shí)施以來(lái)，南方科技大學(xué)資助項(xiàng)目總數(shù)位居全國(guó)前列。2026年，我院繼續(xù)實(shí)施國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目（海外）引才計(jì)劃。
SUSTech has ranked among China’s top institutions in terms of the total number of funded projects under the Program since its implementation.In 2026, we are dedicated to upholding this distinction by continuing the Program.
二、申報(bào)條件II.Eligibility Criteria
1．遵守中華人民共和國(guó)法律法規(guī)，具有良好的科學(xué)道德，自覺(jué)踐行新時(shí)代科學(xué)家精神；
2．出生日期在1986年1月1日（含）以后；
3．具有博士學(xué)位；
4．研究方向主要為自然科學(xué)、工程技術(shù)等；
5．在取得博士學(xué)位后，一般應(yīng)在海外高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)、企業(yè)研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)獲得正式教學(xué)或者科研職位，且具有連續(xù)36個(gè)月以上工作經(jīng)歷；在海外取得博士學(xué)位且業(yè)績(jī)特別突出的，可適當(dāng)放寬工作年限要求（不適用于通過(guò)中外聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)方式取得海外博士學(xué)位的情況）。在海外工作期間，同時(shí)擁有境內(nèi)帶薪酬職位的申請(qǐng)人，其境內(nèi)帶薪酬職位的工作年限不計(jì)入海外工作年限。
6．取得同行專家認(rèn)可的科研或技術(shù)等成果，且具有成為該領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)帶頭人或杰出人才的發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ?/span>
7．申請(qǐng)人尚未全職回國(guó)（來(lái)華）工作，或者2025年1月1日以后回國(guó)（來(lái)華）工作。獲資助通知后須辭去海外工作或在海外無(wú)工作，全職回國(guó)（來(lái)華）工作不少于3年。
Applicants of Science Fund Program for Distinguished Young Scholars (Overseas) should met the following conditions:
1.Abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, have good scientific ethics, and consciously practice the spirit of scientists in the new era;
2.was born on or after January 1st, 1986;
3.have obtained a doctorate degree;
4.research directions are mainly natural sciences, engineering technology, etc.;
5.The applicant should have obtained a formal teaching or research position in an overseas university, scientific research institution, or corporate research and development institution, and have more than 36 months of continuous work experience; for those who have obtained a doctorate degree overseas and have particularly outstanding performance, the limitation of work experience may be appropriately relaxed.This relaxation does not apply to those who obtained their overseas Ph.D.through joint training programs between Chinese and foreign institutions.
6.Demonstrate research or technological achievements acknowledged by peers, showing the potential as a leading figure or outstanding talent in the chosen field;
7. Have never worked full-time in China or did not work in China until January 1, 2025; Successful applicants must resign from overseas employment upon funding notification, committing to full-time work in China for a minimum of 3 years.
三、支持條件III.Supportive Conditions
南方科技大學(xué)自建校以來(lái)積極打造具有全球競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的薪酬體系，提供全方位、多樣化的社會(huì)保障及福利待遇和良好的科研環(huán)境。項(xiàng)目入選者可受聘為南方科技大學(xué)教研系列職位，學(xué)校提供的支持條件包括但不限于：
1.聘任崗位
一般聘為副教授職位，授予博士生導(dǎo)師資格。
2.薪酬等福利待遇
（1）薪酬待遇：提供具有全球競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的薪酬；享受粵港澳大灣區(qū)個(gè)人所得稅優(yōu)惠政策。
（2）社保等福利待遇：學(xué)校按照深圳市最高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)購(gòu)買(mǎi)五險(xiǎn)一金，并提供商業(yè)補(bǔ)充醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)和高端商業(yè)醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)（覆蓋大中華地區(qū)醫(yī)療保障）、按深圳市職業(yè)年金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)購(gòu)買(mǎi)企業(yè)年金。
（3）個(gè)人補(bǔ)貼：根據(jù)國(guó)家、省、市人才計(jì)劃相關(guān)政策，學(xué)校將協(xié)助申請(qǐng)相應(yīng)人才項(xiàng)目，如成功入選可按規(guī)定享有項(xiàng)目資助/補(bǔ)貼。
3.科研支持條件
（1）科研經(jīng)費(fèi)：國(guó)家、省、市配套，以政府政策（以入選情況為準(zhǔn)）。特殊情況可采取一事一議的方式。
（2）團(tuán)隊(duì)支撐：根據(jù)科研工作需要配合配備科研團(tuán)隊(duì)。提供2個(gè)博士后名額，學(xué)校經(jīng)費(fèi)支持60%，自有科研經(jīng)費(fèi)招收博士后不限額。根據(jù)學(xué)校研究生招生管理辦法和院系實(shí)際情況，在研究生名額分配上給予支持?？勺灾髡惺昭芯肯盗薪處熀涂蒲薪虒W(xué)助理。
（3）辦公條件：根據(jù)科研需要，提供辦公室與實(shí)驗(yàn)室空間，提供良好的公共科研平臺(tái)。
4.生活條件
（1）住房待遇：視學(xué)校房源情況，提供教師公寓或住房補(bǔ)助。
（2）子女入學(xué)：南方科技大學(xué)教育集團(tuán)（南山）由4所南山區(qū)屬公辦學(xué)校組成，含1所九年一貫制附屬實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)校和3所小學(xué)學(xué)段成員校。學(xué)前教育方面，現(xiàn)有南山區(qū)公辦的南方科技大學(xué)附屬幼兒園和位于校內(nèi)的深圳市南山區(qū)科園幼兒中心2所幼兒園?？稍趯W(xué)位允許及深圳市入園入學(xué)政策支持下協(xié)助教職工子女就學(xué)。
（3）醫(yī)療服務(wù)：深圳市內(nèi)有4家附屬醫(yī)院，2家合作共建醫(yī)院，4家教學(xué)醫(yī)院，可為教職工提供醫(yī)療服務(wù)。
（4）生活配套：協(xié)助辦理人才及配偶、子女深圳戶口或外籍來(lái)華工作居留許可；協(xié)助辦理廣東省“人才優(yōu)粵卡”和深圳市“鵬城優(yōu)才卡”，享受廣東省及深圳市提供的人才安居、醫(yī)療保健、子女入學(xué)、配偶就業(yè)等人才配套服務(wù)。
Since its establishment, SUSTech has been proactively fostering a globally competitive compensation system, offering an extensive array of benefits and perks, and creating an enabling research environment.Individuals chosen for the Program will assume teaching-research positions at SUSTech and benefit from the supportive conditions provided, including but not limited to:
1.Position
Typically, successful applicants will be designated as an Associate Professor with eligibility for doctoral student supervision.
2.Compensation and Benefits
(1) Compensation: Globally competitive salary with eligibility for personal income tax benefits within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
(2) Comprehensive benefits: Five Insurances and One Fund (social insurances and housing provident fund) at the highest standards in Shenzhen; commercial supplementary medical insurance and premium commercial medical insurance covering the Greater China region; Shenzhen-standard annuity;
(3) Personal grants: We will assist you in applying for relevant talent programs in alignment with national, provincial, and municipal talent plans.If successfully selected, you will receive stipulated grants or other financial support, up to a maximum of CNY 1,930,000.
3.Research Support
(1) Research funding:Iincluding national, provincial, and municipal support, subject to government policies and selection outcomes.Special cases will be assessed separately on a case-by-case basis.
(2) Team support: Collaborative formation of research teams as needed.Two postdoctoral positions are provided with 60% funding support from the university.Unlimited recruitment of postdoctoral researchers using self-owned research funds.Support is also extended for graduate student quota allocation based on the university’s graduate enrollment management methods and departmental requirements.Autonomous recruitment of research-oriented faculty and research-teaching assistants is allowed.
(3) Office conditions: Provision of office and laboratory space as needed, along with access to excellent shared research platforms.
4.Living Conditions
(1) Housing benefits: Depending on housing availability, faculty are offered either Faculty Apartments or housing subsidies.
Children’s education: SUSTech Education Group (Nanshan) comprises four public schools in Nanshan District, including an affiliated experimental school offering education from Grade 1 to 9, and three elementary schools.For preschool education, we have two public kindergartens in Nanshan District: SUSTech Affiliated Kindergarten and Nanshan District Keyuan Kindergarten, the latter is on our campus.We can provide assistance in enrollment subject to available slots and in compliance with relevant government policies.
(3) Medical services: Our faculty and staff can access medical services at our 4 affiliated hospitals, 2 co-built hospitals, and 4 teaching hospitals in Shenzhen.
(4) Living support: We will support your application for Shenzhen hukou (household registration) or residence permits for you, your spouse, and children, along with facilitating the acquisition of the “You Yue Talent Card” (Guangdong provincial-level talent card) and the “Shenzhen Talent Pass.” These cards offer access to specialized services catering to talents, covering housing, healthcare, children’s education, and spouse employment, all provided by Guangdong Province and Shenzhen.

1.個(gè)人完整簡(jiǎn)歷及相關(guān)佐證材料；

注意事項(xiàng)
1.申請(qǐng)人個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷須包含但不僅限于以下內(nèi)容
教育經(jīng)歷、工作經(jīng)歷、研究方向、主持及參與項(xiàng)目、代表性成果（論著、專利、會(huì)議特邀報(bào)告等）、學(xué)術(shù)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)、學(xué)術(shù)職務(wù)等。
2.佐證材料
（1）身份證明材料：須為有效身份證件，中國(guó)籍提供身份證正反兩面（身份證過(guò)期的情況可使用中國(guó)護(hù)照信息頁(yè)），中國(guó)港澳臺(tái)籍提供回鄉(xiāng)證/臺(tái)胞證/港澳身份證正反兩面，外籍提供護(hù)照信息頁(yè)。
（2）博士學(xué)歷學(xué)位證書(shū)：必須提供博士學(xué)位證書(shū)/證明，如有學(xué)歷證明（國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)歷一般為畢業(yè)證書(shū)，國(guó)外學(xué)歷可下載教育部學(xué)歷學(xué)位認(rèn)證書(shū)）請(qǐng)一并提供。
（3）海外任職證明材料：海外工作經(jīng)歷應(yīng)提供相應(yīng)任職證明，且應(yīng)體現(xiàn)申請(qǐng)人姓名、任職單位、起始時(shí)間、崗位名稱等信息，并由聘用單位簽字或蓋章。其中回國(guó)(來(lái)華)前海外任職證明必須提供，其余任職經(jīng)歷請(qǐng)盡可能提供完整。證明材料按時(shí)間倒序排序。

2.Supporting Documents
(1) Proof of Identity:
A valid ID document is required.
Chinese nationals: both sides of the National ID Card.(An expired ID Card may be replaced by the information page of a Chinese passport.)
Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan nationals: both sides of the Home-Return Permit, Taiwan Compatriot Certificate, or Hong Kong/Macao ID Card.
Foreign nationals: the information page of the passport.
(2) Doctoral Degree Certificate: The doctoral-degree certificate or diploma must be provided.
If an academic credential is also available (for domestic degrees it is usually the graduation certificate; for overseas degrees it can be the MOE accreditation letter), please submit it as well.
(3) Proof of Overseas Appointments:
Overseas work experience must be supported by an official appointment letter that clearly states the applicant’s name, employing institution, start–end dates, and position title, and must be signed or stamped by the employer.
The most recent overseas appointment held immediately before returning (or coming) to China must be provided; earlier overseas appointments should also be submitted whenever possible.
Arrange all supporting documents in reverse chronological order.
