根據(jù)工作需要，現(xiàn)英語中心公開招聘英語教師，崗位要求如下：

一、崗位要求

1. 具有良好的政治素質(zhì)和思想品德，遵紀(jì)守法，品行端正，身心健康。

2. 1980年1月1日以后出生。

3. 博士研究生學(xué)歷學(xué)位，特別優(yōu)秀的可放寬到碩士；專業(yè)所屬一級學(xué)科為外國語言文學(xué)，二級學(xué)科為英語語言文學(xué)、外國語言學(xué)及應(yīng)用語言學(xué)、翻譯學(xué)等。

4. 掌握本學(xué)科扎實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)和研究技能，具有完成本學(xué)科教學(xué)工作和從事研究的能力，團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力強(qiáng)。

5. 具有國內(nèi)外高校相關(guān)教學(xué)經(jīng)歷2年以上優(yōu)先。

6. 科研方面滿足下列3項(xiàng)條件之中的1項(xiàng)：

1）以第一作者/通訊作者署名發(fā)表同行公認(rèn)的高水平論文代表作至少1篇；

2）公開出版至少1部高水平學(xué)術(shù)專著或教材；

3）主持至少1項(xiàng)省部級（含）以上科研/教學(xué)項(xiàng)目。

二、崗位職責(zé)

1. 承擔(dān)大學(xué)本科生及研究生的英語教學(xué)工作。

2. 參與英語中心的相關(guān)學(xué)科及專業(yè)建設(shè)。

3. 按照整體規(guī)劃參與課程大綱、指導(dǎo)用書及教材編制。

4. 承擔(dān)學(xué)校及中心所要求的科研工作及公共服務(wù)。

5. 參加集體備課、教學(xué)研討會及例會。

6. 協(xié)助組織并指導(dǎo)學(xué)生參加英語課外活動及比賽。

7. 為中心公眾號提供素材及指導(dǎo)。

Shenzhen MSU-BIT University (SMBU) is a Sino-Russian co-operative university with independent legal personality established by the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, Beijing Institute of Technology and Lomonosov Moscow State University under the important consensus of Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Putin. Based on the needs of the work, the English Language Center (ELC) in SMBU is open for recruitment of native English teachers with the following job requirements:

I. Job requirement

1. Job Title:

Teaching Fellow of English Language/Lecturer (native speaker, full-time)

2. A higher education degree obtained in English language with  specialty  areas: Applied Linguistics / English for Specific Purposes / English for Academic Purposes and applied linguistics, or translation studies.

3. Duties of the lecturer / teaching fellow will include:

- Full-time teaching (typically 20 hours of classroom teaching per week and other teaching commitments);

- Working with the faculty on projects or assignments in an area of professional interest  or  expertise  (e.g.  assessment,  curriculum  development,  materials  design, professional development)；

- Engaging in language and cultural exchange extracurricular activities.

II. Qualifications:

1. Applicants should have a Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics, TESOL, or a closely-related field. They should also have a strong background in teaching English for Academic Purposes or English for Specific Purposes at the tertiary level.

2. Professional knowledge of EAP/ESP teaching and materials development is an advantage.

3. Native speaker is expected. Ability to speak Chinese is not required. The candidate should be willing to engage in the ELC's committee works and projects as assigned.

III. Relevant welfare

2. Initial appointment is for 12 months with a possibility of a next 3-year contract upon mutual agreement.
