大學(xué)本科(簡(jiǎn)稱“大學(xué)”)及以上學(xué)歷,學(xué)士及以上學(xué)位 1.Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken) 2.Preferred: 1) Experience in administrative support or university office work; 2) Familiarity with university purchasing and reimbursement systems; 3) Excellent communication and coordination skills; 4) Responsible, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced international research environment. |

崗位職責(zé) |
|
|
1.Assist with general administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel booking, and internal documentation 2.Communicate with university departments, suppliers, and collaborators in both Chinese and English 3.Support research staff with logistics, onboarding, and office supply procurement 4.Handle reimbursements, invoice processing, and financial tracking 5.Maintain records, organize meetings, and provide translation/interpretation when necessary 6.Perform other tasks assigned by the laboratory PI as needed |
