Position Description

The incumbent will be responsible for assisting in research, project management, and informatics related issues at GTIIT and other relevant administration work within the RIGS office.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Provide support for project management cycle, including funding application, progress management, final inspection and etc.

· Collect, organize and report on research outcomes and achievements.

· Support and assist in informatics management of research and related activities.

· Support in managing the office database.

· Assist in application and management of research platforms and centers.

· Assist in government reports related to research activities.

· Assist in research award preparation and application.

· Expand diverse publicity channels for GTIIT research profile.

· Assist RIGS office in administrative work and complete tasks assigned by superiors.

Required Job Specifications

· Required qualification: bachelor degree or above from an internationally reputable university;

· Required experience: preferably relevant administration experience.

Required Job Competencies

· Language ability: Fluent Chinese and English;

· Multi-task skills;

· Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel;

· Good planning and organizing skills;

· Good communication and collaboration skills;

· Good interpersonal skill to work in an international, cross-cultural work environment.
