張翼研究員在北京大學獲得學士和博士學位，于2025年加入首都醫(yī)學科學創(chuàng)新中心（CIMR）創(chuàng)建獨立實驗室。張翼實驗室的主要研究興趣是開發(fā)新型計算和實驗方法，從靜態(tài)、離散的樣本中準確重建出動態(tài)、連續(xù)的生物學過程的歷史軌跡，以便更好地理解發(fā)育、衰老、疾病發(fā)生發(fā)展的分子機制，為重大疾病的診斷和治療提供理論依據與技術支撐。實驗室將綜合利用深度學習、生物信息學、分子生物學、細胞生物學、動物模型、單分子測序、單細胞測序等技術和手段，開展以下課題研究：

1. 開發(fā)前沿計算工具，即新型計算生物學方法，用于解析復雜數(shù)據中隱含的動態(tài)特征信息。

2. 開發(fā)新型單細胞、單分子水平的實驗和計算方法，從靜態(tài)樣本中重建生物過程的動態(tài)歷史，鑒定其中關鍵的分子事件。

3. 綜合運用正向遺傳學篩選、反向遺傳學操作、單分子測序、單細胞多組學分析手段，解析表觀基因組復制的分子機制，特別是在衰老、疾病中表觀遺傳信息復制的分子機制。

本實驗室的工作特點為干濕結合、學科交叉。歡迎不同背景的研究同事加入團隊。

一、崗位職責

1. 以科學研究工作為主，在PI指導下獨立開展研究工作，按計劃完成博士后研究任務；

2. 與合作導師共同承擔科研課題，發(fā)表高水平研究論文，申請各類科研項目、專利，協(xié)助指導研究生工作。

二、任職要求

1. 具有生命科學、生物信息學、計算機科學、物理學或其他相關領域的研究背景，在國內外已獲得或即將獲得博士學位（原則上不超過3年），有物理、數(shù)學、計算機、生物信息學、演化生物學訓練背景（任意一種）或三代測序、單細胞測序、Perturb-seq實驗背景（任意一種）者優(yōu)先考慮；

2. 以第一作者身份在領域內主流期刊上發(fā)表過或有已被接受的研究論文，能夠獨立開展研究工作；

3. 具備獨立開展科研工作和指導研究生能力，具備嚴格的學術道德、高漲的科研熱情、嚴謹?shù)目蒲袘B(tài)度、良好的溝通能力和團隊合作精神，具有誠實健康、樂觀堅強、有上進心、勤勞刻苦的個人品質；

4. 具有高效的信息檢索、英語文獻閱讀、論文撰寫能力，通過CET6或同等英語能力水平測試，具備應有的分子生物學和生物信息學基本技能，熟知技術背后原理。

二、任職要求

1. 大學本科學歷及以上，生物學、生物信息學及其它相關專業(yè)；

2. 掌握分子生物學操作及原理，有二代測序、三代測序、單細胞測序、生物信息學（任意一種）等研究、工作經歷優(yōu)先；

3. 具備良好的溝通能力和團隊協(xié)作能力；

4. 具備良好的英語讀寫和日常交流能力，通過CET6或同等英語能力水平測試。

The Zhang laboratory develop novel computational and experimental methods to track human development, aging, and disease across time domains on single-cell, single-molecule resolution.

The laboratory uses a combination of deep learning, bioinformatics, forward and reverse genetics, and sequencing approaches on human samples and animal models, to:

a. Develop methods to extract latent information from biological data.

b. Develop novel methods to resolve dynamic biological process from static samples.

c. Dissect the molecular mechanism of epigenome replication, particularly in aging and disease.The laboratory conducts cross-disciplinary research with a combination of computational and experimental biological methods.

Postdoctoral Researcher

Main Responsibilities

a. Conducting research projects independently.

b. Assisting PI to mentor graduate students and write grant proposals and manuscripts.

Qualifications

a. Backgrounds in computer science, physics, bioinformatics, biology or biomedical engineering. Either about obtaining a Ph.D. or recently obtaining a Ph.D. degree (ideally within the last 3 years).

b. Have first author paper(s) published in (or accepted by) reputable journals in the field.

c. Have the ability to independently carry out scientific research and guide graduate students, have scientific research enthusiasm and rigorous scientific research attitude.

d. Learns quickly.

e. Strong research experience in either:

(i) Any of: Perturb-seq, single-cell sequencing, single-molecule sequencing, epigenomics, next-generation sequencing experiments.

(ii) Any of: Bioinformatics, deep learning, algorithm development.

f. Proficient in English reading, writing, and daily communication.

Research Assistant

Main Responsibilities

a. Conducting research projects either in collaboration with the team or independently.

b. Assisting PI for lab routine management.

Qualifications

a. B.Sc. in bioinformatics, biology or related major.

b. Experience in molecular biology experiments. Research experience in either next-generation sequencing, PacBio sequencing, or bioinformatics would be a plus.

c. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.

d. Proficient in English reading, writing, and daily communication. Pass CET-6.
