研究所所長(zhǎng)助理
1.主要職責(zé)：
（1）協(xié)助所長(zhǎng)擬定本研究所的發(fā)展規(guī)劃、年度計(jì)劃及有關(guān)規(guī)章制度，并抓好落實(shí)；
（2）協(xié)助所長(zhǎng)做好行政管理、科研組織、教學(xué)等相關(guān)工作；
（3）具體負(fù)責(zé)本研究所內(nèi)外事務(wù)的綜合協(xié)調(diào)、督辦落實(shí)；做好與創(chuàng)新中心行政團(tuán)隊(duì)及技術(shù)支撐團(tuán)隊(duì)的有效溝通與工作對(duì)接；
（4）具體負(fù)責(zé)本研究所重要會(huì)議與活動(dòng)的計(jì)劃、組織及來(lái)訪(fǎng)接待工作；負(fù)責(zé)撰寫(xiě)工作報(bào)告、方案等相關(guān)材料；
（5）完成所長(zhǎng)交辦的其他工作。
2.任職要求：
（1）生物醫(yī)藥等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)博士學(xué)歷，有免疫相關(guān)科研經(jīng)歷的優(yōu)先；
（2）具有良好的職業(yè)道德和責(zé)任意識(shí)，具備較強(qiáng)的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力、溝通交流能力與解決問(wèn)題能力，執(zhí)行力強(qiáng)，具備良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)；
（3）具有一定的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有研究機(jī)構(gòu)或高校工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
（4）具有良好的中英文寫(xiě)作能力和口頭表達(dá)能力；
（5）能夠熟練使用各類(lèi)日常辦公軟件；
（6）具備能夠勝任本崗位工作的身心條件。
Job Opening
Assistant to Director of Institute for Immunology
Main Responsibilities:
(1) Assist
the Director in drafting the development plan, annual plan, relevant
regulations of the Institute, and ensure the effectiveness of the implementation.
(2) Assist
the Director in carrying out administrative, scientific research, and
educational work, etc.
(3) Carry
out the comprehensive coordination, supervision of the implementation of
internal and external affairs of the Institute. Ensure effective communication
and work coordination with CIMR’s administration team and core facility team.
(4) Responsible
for the implementation of the planning，organizing
and reception of important conferences and activities of the Institute;
Responsible for drafting work reports, plans and other related materials.
(5) Complete
other tasks assigned by the Director.
Job Requirements:
(1) PhD
degree in biomedicine and related field; applicants with immunology-related
research experience are preferred.
(2) Good
spirit of dedication and teamwork, strong organization, coordination and
communication abilities, perfect problem-solving skills; Highly
execution-oriented.
(3) Management
experience, with experience in research institutions or universities is
preferred.
(4) Good
written and oral skills in both Chinese and English.
(5) Proficiency
in various daily office software.
(6) Physical
and mental fitness compatible with the requirements of the position.
