II. Basic Qualifications

1. 原則上必須是母語國國籍。

Must be a native speaker from the respective language’s country in principle.

2. 必須具有學士及以上學位。

Must hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher.

3. 一般要求在20周歲以上，50周歲以下。需身體健康，無精神病史、無吸毒史，無犯罪記錄。

Generally between 20 and 50 years old. Must be in good health, with no history of mental illness, drug use, or criminal record.

4. 要求具備2年及以上的相關(guān)語言教學經(jīng)驗。

Requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant language teaching experience.

5. 必須提供由本國相關(guān)部門出具的無犯罪記錄證明，并經(jīng)過中國駐外使領(lǐng)館的認證（公證）。

Must provide a Certificate of No Criminal Record issued by the relevant authorities in the home country, authenticated (notarized) by the Chinese Embassy or Consulate.

6. 熱愛教育事業(yè)，責任心強，無惡意離職記錄。

Passionate about education, responsible, with no record of abrupt resignation without notice.

7. 遵守中國法律法規(guī)，尊重中國文化，不得在校園內(nèi)進行傳教或宗教聚會。

Must comply with Chinese laws and regulations, respect Chinese culture, and refrain from preaching or organizing religious gatherings on campus.

8. 具備良好的溝通能力，能適應(yīng)多元文化環(huán)境。

Possess strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to a multicultural environment.

經(jīng)面試考核，一經(jīng)錄用，我們將提供以下薪酬福利待遇：

Successful candidates who pass the interview will be offered the following compensation and benefits package:

（1）薪酬面議；

Salary: Negotiable.
