梁銀文博士在廈門大學、清華大學大學生命科學學院分別取得學士、博士學位,加入美國紐約紀念斯隆凱特琳癌癥中心(Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center)任博士后、資深科學家(相當于助理研究員),將于2026年1月入職首都醫(yī)學科學中心的醫(yī)學生理學研究所擔任獨立PI,研究員。實驗室研究聚焦于胚胎發(fā)育和組織穩(wěn)態(tài)的機制,主要研究方向是纖毛發(fā)生與其介導的Hedgehog信號通路,采用小鼠、人類遺傳學結(jié)合多組學工具進行系統(tǒng)研究。以一作含共同通訊作者在Science、Developmental Cell、Current Biology、Journal of Cell Biology等刊物發(fā)表多篇高水平論文,報道原創(chuàng)性工作。
本實驗室為不同學術(shù)背景的研究者提供開放的平臺,誠邀有志之士與我們共赴探索、創(chuàng)新之旅。

1. 鑒定(纖毛)基因調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡調(diào)控的新機制;
2. 解析細胞類型特異性纖毛形成和纖毛形態(tài)多樣性的機制;
3. 研究纖毛病和SHH髓母細胞瘤的分子機制與治療方案。
主要研究成果
1. 發(fā)現(xiàn)原生纖毛形成的轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控“總開關”
實驗室發(fā)現(xiàn)了SP5和SP8作為纖毛形成的關鍵轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控因子,首次證明了SP5和SP8直接結(jié)合并激活多個纖毛基因的表達,包括Foxj1和RFX家族轉(zhuǎn)錄因子。由SP5和SP8介導的轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡是纖毛形成所必需的,并且SP8異位表達足以驅(qū)動纖毛的形成(Science,2025)。
2. 闡明馬達蛋白磷酸化調(diào)控機制,提出纖毛長度調(diào)控模型
利用萊茵衣藻和小鼠模型,實驗室的研究揭示了纖毛裝配和內(nèi)鞭毛運輸(IFT)的分子機制,包括通過磷酸化KIF3B的S663位點對其的調(diào)控(Developmental Cell,

Main Responsibilities

b. Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment, and assist the PI with lab management and administrative tasks.

a. Bachelor's degree or higher in molecular biology, cell biology, developmental biology, biochemistry or related fields.
b. Proactive work attitude with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
c. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
