1. POSTDOCTORAL POSITIONS
1.1 The project
Gliomas are incurable brain tumors mainly affecting young patients. The technician will be involved in the development of a new project on gliomas and brain precursor cells. He/she will develop a research program based on cell culture, transgenic mice and biochemistry.
1.2 Your qualification
We are seeking a dedicated postdoctoral researcher with a background in Neurobiology,focusing on studies related to brain stem cells, cancer stem cells, brain tumors (gliomas), cell plasticity and fate, and canonical pathways; holding a PhD degree obtained within the past 7 years, with proficiency in English(both written and spoken)and experience in publishing SCI papers as the first author; possessing familiarity with cell culture, flow cytometry, molecular biology experiments (such as PCR, Western blot), cell engineering with viruses(CrispCas9,..) and basic imaging analysis; and demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and reliability, excellent communication skills, the ability to work both independently rand collaboratively, and proficiency in troubleshooting.
