1、合作導(dǎo)師介紹
付愛(ài)坤，浙江大學(xué)百人計(jì)劃研究員，博士生導(dǎo)師。主要從事腸道微生物的基礎(chǔ)和應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)研究，研究方向包括：腸道與實(shí)體組織內(nèi)微生物與宿主互作的調(diào)控機(jī)制研究。在Cell、Trends in Cell Biology 和Food & Function等期刊發(fā)表論文20余篇。主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金青年項(xiàng)目（B類(lèi)）、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目和浙江省自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目等項(xiàng)目。

2、招聘方向
（1）腸道菌群功能組份的高通量篩選技術(shù)體系
構(gòu)建發(fā)掘腸道菌群益生功能組份的高通量篩選技術(shù)體系，篩選動(dòng)物和人類(lèi)腸道菌群改善宿主代謝，平衡免疫和延長(zhǎng)宿主壽命的微生物功能因子。招收具有分子生物學(xué)背景的博士后1名。
（2）工程噬菌體設(shè)計(jì)及基因編輯
課題組正在逐步建立天然噬菌體資源庫(kù)，同時(shí)已經(jīng)初步搭建了人工智能設(shè)計(jì)噬菌體和噬菌體基因編輯的大模型和技術(shù)體系。希望招收具有基因編輯或合成生物學(xué)背景的博士，快速推動(dòng)課題進(jìn)展。
（3）組織共生微生物組
本人已發(fā)表研究發(fā)現(xiàn)乳腺腫瘤內(nèi)存在獨(dú)特的腫瘤細(xì)胞胞內(nèi)菌群，其可促進(jìn)腫瘤細(xì)胞肌動(dòng)蛋白的重排并賦予腫瘤細(xì)胞更強(qiáng)生存能力，從而促進(jìn)腫瘤細(xì)胞在血液循環(huán)系統(tǒng)中的存活和肺部定植。本部分研究成果以Featuredarticle形式發(fā)表于Cell并同被評(píng)為Cell2022年最佳論文之一，多家雜志媒體包括新華網(wǎng)，光明日?qǐng)?bào)，Nature Review Microbiology，Cancer Discovery，Science Signaling等進(jìn)行了跟蹤報(bào)道。
基于上述研究基礎(chǔ)，課題組目前已在腫瘤和非腫瘤實(shí)體組織微生物組方向開(kāi)辟了全新賽道，并建立了完善的技術(shù)體系，并且基于該基礎(chǔ)獲得了國(guó)家青年基金B類(lèi)項(xiàng)目（醫(yī)學(xué)）的資助?，F(xiàn)招收1名對(duì)該方向感興趣且有能力執(zhí)行課題的博士后。

2.esearch Directions:
(1) High-Throughput Screening System for Functional Components of the Gut Microbiota
We aim to construct a high-throughput screening system to discover probiotic functional components within the gut microbiota. This system will be used to identify microbial functional factors from the animal and human gut microbiota that can improve host metabolism, balance immunity, and extend host lifespan. We are recruiting one postdoctoral fellow with a background in molecular biology.
(2) Engineered Phage Design and Gene Editing
Our research group is progressively establishing a natural phage resource library and has initially built a model and technical framework for AI-driven phage design and phage gene editing. We are seeking to recruit a Ph.D. graduate with a background in gene editing or synthetic biology to rapidly advance this project.
(3) Tissue-Resident Microbiome
My previous research has discovered the existence of a unique intracellular microbiota within breast tumor cells, which can promote the rearrangement of tumor cell actin and enhance cell survivability, thereby facilitating the survival of tumor cells in the circulatory system and their colonization in the lungs. This research was published in Cell as a Featured Article and was also selected as one of Cell's Best Papers of 2022. It has been reported by multiple media and journals, including Xinhua News, Guangming Daily, Nature Reviews Microbiology, Cancer Discovery, and Science Signaling.
Building on this foundation, our group has opened up a new research track in the field of tumor and non-tumor solid tissue microbiomes, establishing a comprehensive technical system. This work has been supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) Young Scientists Fund (Category B). We are now recruiting one postdoctoral fellow who is interested in this direction and capable of executing the project.
3.pplication Requirements:
(1) Possess a relevant academic background in microbiology, molecular biology, bioinformatics analysis, or a related field. Experience in animal research and strong scientific research capabilities are required. Applicants should have published SCI papers as the first author in major academic journals.
(2) Have a good command of English reading and writing, with the ability to independently compose scientific papers in English.
(3) Candidates should be conscientious, responsible, proactive, honest, and trustworthy with excellent communication skills. A strong spirit of teamwork is highly preferred.
