現(xiàn)招聘一名技術精湛的實驗室經(jīng)理,要求擁有博士學位,并具備中英文溝通能力。我們希望探索組織/器官再生的基本細胞和分子原理,并為臨床治療策略建立知識基礎。
應聘者最好具有管理研究實驗室的經(jīng)驗和較強的管理能力。工作內(nèi)容包括安全高效地運營實驗室,承擔實驗室,包括設備、采購、員工、物資、軟件和文檔組織,以及新項目的實施等責任;同時需要指導、培訓實驗室技術人員和助理正確使用實驗室設備,監(jiān)督并規(guī)范實驗室員工的行為,確保實驗室人員遵守實驗室和中心的標準及安全規(guī)定;采購實驗室物資,準備訂購清單,處理文檔和數(shù)據(jù)收集。
具備分子生物學方法的扎實背景者優(yōu)先,并能對研究團隊的工作做出貢獻。具有組織培養(yǎng)經(jīng)驗者更佳。軟技能包括高度注重細節(jié)和出色的溝通能力。

advancing basic and translational medical research. Our goal is to tackle
fundamental problems in human health with cutting-edge technology and through
interdisciplinary collaborations with world-class scientists and physicians in
A position is available for a highly skilled Lab manager with a PhD degree, and a strong communication skill in both Chinese and in English. We wish to identify fundamental cellular and molecular principles of tissue/organ regeneration, and develop a knowledge basis for therapeutic strategies in clinical use.
Candidates should ideally have prior experience with managing a research laboratory and strong managerial skills. Tasks include running a lab safely and efficiently, take all responsibilities of the lab, including equipment, purchasing, employees, supplies, software and documentation organization, implementation of new programs. Training lab technicians and assistants on the correct use of lab equipment, mentoring and disciplining lab staff, make sure lab personnel follow lab and institute standards and safety regulation, purchasing lab supplies, preparing order lists, handle documentation and data collection.
A strong background in molecular biology approaches is preferred, and contribution to research team effort. Additional experience in tissue culture will be a bonus. Soft skill includes strong attention to details and excellent communication skills.
