一、課題組長介紹及研究方向PI Introduction & Research Directions
Svetoslav Chakarov研究員，博士生導(dǎo)師，上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院/上海市免疫學(xué)研究所課題組長。2014年博士畢業(yè)于法國圖盧茲第三大學(xué)（University Paul Sabatier, Toulouse, France）免疫學(xué)專業(yè)，2014年至2019年在新加坡免疫學(xué)聯(lián)網(wǎng)Florent Ginhoux課題組從事博士后研究，并于2019年以第一作者在Science雜志發(fā)表重要研究成果。2019-2020年任職新加坡免疫學(xué)網(wǎng)高級研究員。2021年作為海外高層次人才和上海高校特聘教授（東方學(xué)者）引進加盟上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院/上海市免疫學(xué)研究所并擔(dān)任“髓系細胞生物學(xué)與代謝”課題組組長，并于2025年以最后通訊作者在Science雜志發(fā)表重要研究成果。2021年獲得上海市科委外國專家項目，2022年入選國家自然科學(xué)基金優(yōu)青（海外）項目，2023年作為項目骨干參與科技部重點研發(fā)計劃，2024年獲得國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項目資助，2025年獲得國家自然科學(xué)基金外國學(xué)者研究基金項目資助。
課題組主要集中于研究巨噬細胞異質(zhì)性對肥胖和代謝性疾病的影響；嗜酸性粒細胞在代謝性疾病中與周圍環(huán)境的相互作用；以生信分析為工具，整合單細胞 RNA-seq、單細胞ATAC-seq、單細胞蛋白表達和高維空間成像。課題組采用前沿的跨學(xué)科研究方法，旨在了解肥胖和/或代謝疾病期間小鼠和人類先天免疫細胞/基質(zhì)細胞的相互作用。在Science, PNAS, Immunity, Journal of Experimental Medicine等國際學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表研究論文。
現(xiàn)因課題組研究需要，擬面向海內(nèi)外誠聘助理研究員1人，博士后2人。
二、招聘崗位-助理研究員Research Assistant
1、具有免疫學(xué)、生物信息學(xué)、生物學(xué)或醫(yī)學(xué)相關(guān)研究方向博士學(xué)位，在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域期刊上以第一作者發(fā)表文章，具有國內(nèi)外一流研究機構(gòu)博士后研究經(jīng)歷，一般年齡不超過40周歲。
2、協(xié)助課題組長進行高水平研究工作，申請課題，并指導(dǎo)實驗室成員的研究工作等。
3、熟練掌握以下實驗技能者優(yōu)先考慮：動物實驗、流式細胞/分選實驗、細胞培養(yǎng)實驗及成像相關(guān)實驗。
4、熱愛科研，責(zé)任心強，工作積極主動，具有良好的學(xué)術(shù)道德和團隊合作精神，可長期穩(wěn)定工作。
薪資待遇：按照上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院以及上海市免疫學(xué)研究所有關(guān)人事政策，提供具有競爭力的待遇。
三、招聘崗位-博士后Postdoc Position
1、具有免疫學(xué)、生物信息學(xué)、生物學(xué)或醫(yī)學(xué)相關(guān)研究方向博士學(xué)位，年齡一般不超過35周歲。
2、熟練掌握以下實驗技能者優(yōu)先考慮：動物實驗、流式細胞/分選實驗、細胞培養(yǎng)實驗及成像相關(guān)實驗。
3、熱愛科研，具有獨立科研能力，責(zé)任心強，善于交流及團隊合作。
薪資待遇：
1、提供具有競爭力的待遇，優(yōu)秀博士后可入選“上海市免疫學(xué)研究所博士后創(chuàng)新計劃”，年薪27萬起。免疫所博士后創(chuàng)新計劃實行“3+X” 培養(yǎng)模式，入站3年期滿后進行考核，優(yōu)秀者可繼續(xù)工作1-2年。

Research Assistant
Successful applicants will have a PhD in Immunology, Biology, or Computational Biology. Have published articles as first author in relevant fields, and have postdoctoral research experience in domestic or foreign first-class research institutions. Can carry out scientific research work independently. Expertise in one of the following areas: Immunology (expertise in innate immunity), Computational biology (basic skills), Biology (Rodent handling, Flow cytometry/cell sorting, tissue/cell cultures and imaging).
Candidates will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing experimental protocols, data analysis and interpretation.
Specific projects will be discussed with potential applicants depending on their field of expertise and interests. Projects are centered around several main themes:
Macrophage heterogeneity contribution to obesity and metabolic disease.
Eosinophils crosstalk with their environment during metabolic diseases.
Computational centered tools for integration of single-cell RNA-seq, single-cell ATAC-seq, single-cell protein expression and high dimensional spatial imaging.
Postdoc Position
Successful applicants will have a PhD or MD/PhD in Immunology, Biology, or computational biology, under 35 years old and expertise in one of the following areas: Immunology (expertise in innate immunity), Computational biology (basic skills) For experimental Postdoctoral position: Rodent handling, Flow cytometry/cell sorting, tissue/cell cultures and imaging
