創(chuàng)新中心簡介

首都醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新中心[Chinese Institutes for Medical Research (CIMR), Beijing](簡稱創(chuàng)新中心)是北京市新成立的具有獨(dú)立法人資格的新型研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)。創(chuàng)新中心以推動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)發(fā)展、改善人類健康為目標(biāo),開展生物醫(yī)學(xué)研究,致力于提升醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新與成果轉(zhuǎn)化能力,提高疾病診斷和治療水平。我們將匯聚世界高水平科學(xué)家,與首都醫(yī)學(xué)教育和科學(xué)研究優(yōu)質(zhì)資源緊密合作,打造多學(xué)科交叉融合的科研平臺(tái),綜合自由探索、醫(yī)學(xué)目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向、有組織科研等途徑,實(shí)踐新型科研模式和體制機(jī)制,培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的優(yōu)秀人才,逐步推進(jìn)醫(yī)教研產(chǎn)的深度融合。

實(shí)驗(yàn)室介紹

張瑋教授曾任美國華盛頓大學(xué)教授,現(xiàn)任首都醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新中心特聘研究員,心血管疾病獨(dú)立研究室主任;首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)講教授,血管外科學(xué)系主任。

本研究室的工作特點(diǎn)為臨床出發(fā)、醫(yī)工交叉。歡迎不同背景的研究同事加入團(tuán)隊(duì)。

實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究方向

張瑋研究室主要從事心血管疾病病因、發(fā)病機(jī)理、病理生理演變的基礎(chǔ)研究;通過生物打印、類器官芯片、水凝膠等技術(shù)進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新性診斷、治療技術(shù)的研發(fā)與轉(zhuǎn)化。

1. 腹主動(dòng)脈瘤進(jìn)展機(jī)制與轉(zhuǎn)化研究。

2. 3D生物打印類器官芯片平臺(tái)構(gòu)建及其在心血管疾病的應(yīng)用。

3. 基于數(shù)字光處理(DLP)的3D生物打印水凝膠在個(gè)性化血管外科中的潛在應(yīng)用。

4. 心血管微創(chuàng)治療器械研發(fā)。

.任職要求

1. 碩士學(xué)歷,分子生物學(xué)、藥學(xué)、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)、生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)背景;

2. 有分子生物學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)技能、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)技能及免疫組化實(shí)驗(yàn)技能者優(yōu)先;

3. 具備良好的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力;

4. 具有獨(dú)立的實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)手能力,積極解決問題的能力,責(zé)任心強(qiáng)。

ABOUT CIMR

Chinese Institutes for Medical Research (CIMR), Beijing(首都醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新中心)is a research organization dedicated to advancing basic and translational medical research. Our goal is to tackle fundamental problems in human health with cutting-edge technology and through interdisciplinary collaborations with world-class scientists and physicians in Beijing. CIMR will provide education and training opportunities for future medical scientists. We are committed to a science-centered framework to promote innovation in research and education through a variety of novel funding mechanisms. 

Laboratory Introduction

Dr. Zhang previously served as Professor at the University of Washington. He is currently Distinguished Investigator and Director of the Independent Cardiovascular Research Lab at CIMR, and holds the position of Distinguished Professor and Chairman of Department of Vascular Surgery, Capital Medical University.

Major Research Projects

Dr. Zhang’s Lab performs basic science research on the etiologies, pathogenesis, pathophysiological changes; development and translation of innovative technologies for diagnosis and management of cardiovascular diseases through bioprinting, organoid chip, and hydrogel technologies.

Mechanism and Translational study of abdominal aortic aneurysm.

Construction and application of 3D bioprinted organoids-on-a-chip towards cardiovascular diseases.

Potential application of digital-light-processing (DLP)-based 3D bioprinting hydrogel in personalized vascular surgery

Qualifications

a. Master’s degree in Molecular Biology, Pharmacy, Cell Biology, Basic Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, and other related fields.

b. Research experience in molecular biology, cell biology and immunohistochemistry works is preferred.

c. Self-motivated researcher with good communication skill and teamwork ability.

d. Ability to perform experiments independently, proactive problem solving skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
