一、導師簡介
Ramon Gonzalez現(xiàn)任摩珈生物公司首席科學官，湘湖實驗室農(nóng)業(yè)合成生物團隊首席科學家，湘湖-摩珈合成生物聯(lián)合創(chuàng)新中心主任，以及天津大學客座教授。作為代謝工程與合成生物學領(lǐng)域的領(lǐng)軍學者，他以開創(chuàng)可持續(xù)生產(chǎn)高價值化學品的微生物平臺著稱，并通過產(chǎn)學研深度融合推動綠色生物制造發(fā)展。Ramon博士是美國科學促進會（AAAS）和美國醫(yī)學與生物工程院（AIMBE）雙院會士，在Science, Nature, Nature Catalysis, and Nature Biotechnology等頂級期刊發(fā)表論文逾百篇，持有20余項發(fā)明專利。

【1】核心研究員
1）崗位職責：在課題組負責人指導下開展合成生物學相關(guān)研究工作。
2）任職要求：
[1] 已獲得博士學位，畢業(yè)于國內(nèi)外知名高?；蜓芯繖C構(gòu)，專業(yè)方向為化學、生物學、分子生物學等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域；
[2] 具有高水平大學或頂尖科研機構(gòu)工作經(jīng)歷，并在該領(lǐng)域取得突出研究成果；
[3] 年齡原則上不超過45周歲，需全職在實驗室工作；
Research Core Members
Position Responsibilities
Conduct research related to synthetic biology under the guidance of the group leader.
Requirements
[1] PhD degree, graduated from renowned universities or research institutions domestically or internationally, with majors in chemistry, biology, molecular biology, or related fields;
[2] Possess work experience in high-level universities or prestigious research institutions and have made significant contributions in the field;
[3] Generally under 45 years old, working full-time in the laboratory;
【2】卓越青年研究員/博士后崗位
1）崗位職責：在課題組負責人指導下開展合成生物學相關(guān)科研工作。
2）任職要求：
[1] 已獲得生物學、化學等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域博士學位，畢業(yè)于海內(nèi)外知名高?；蜓芯繖C構(gòu)，具有海外高水平大學或科研機構(gòu)工作經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先；
[2] 年齡原則上不超過40周歲，需全職在實驗室工作；
[3] 已取得創(chuàng)新性研究成果，具備獨立開展創(chuàng)新科研工作的能力；

Position Responsibilities

Requirements
[1] PhD degree, graduated from renowned universities or research institutions domestically or internationally in biology, chemistry, or related fields, with preference given to those with work experience at high-level overseas universities or research institutions;
[2] Generally under 40 years old, working full-time in the laboratory;
[3] Demonstrated innovative research achievements and the ability to conduct independent, innovative research.
