海南省種業(yè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室（原海南省崖州灣種子實(shí)驗(yàn)室，以下簡(jiǎn)稱實(shí)驗(yàn)室）是海南省為踐行國(guó)家打贏種業(yè)翻身仗，落實(shí)海南省“陸?？铡睉?zhàn)略部署，聚焦海南熱帶農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展需求建立的省級(jí)科研平臺(tái)，為新型研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)，位于海南省三亞市崖州灣科技城。為吸引國(guó)內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者加入實(shí)驗(yàn)室科研隊(duì)伍，實(shí)驗(yàn)室將舉辦2025年崖州灣國(guó)際青年學(xué)者創(chuàng)新論壇，邀請(qǐng)國(guó)內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀青年人才共聚平臺(tái)，聚焦水產(chǎn)種質(zhì)資源開發(fā)、遺傳育種技術(shù)、生物技術(shù)創(chuàng)新及綠色智慧養(yǎng)殖等方向，探討前沿進(jìn)展與產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)化。

具有生物育種及相關(guān)學(xué)科博士學(xué)位，包括但不限于生物技術(shù)、生物信息學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)、水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖、遺傳育種、微生物學(xué)、農(nóng)業(yè)工程等學(xué)科方向。

具有國(guó)內(nèi)外高校院所及行業(yè)知名企業(yè)從事相關(guān)科學(xué)研究工作的優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者；具有國(guó)內(nèi)外知名高校院所博士后工作經(jīng)歷即將出站的博士后，或優(yōu)秀博士畢業(yè)生。

（4）差旅及食宿安排

會(huì)議期間實(shí)驗(yàn)室為線下參會(huì)學(xué)者提供食宿并報(bào)銷交通費(fèi)用，受邀者自訂往返機(jī)票/動(dòng)車票（限經(jīng)濟(jì)艙和二等座），據(jù)實(shí)報(bào)銷。其中歐美地區(qū)航班往返補(bǔ)助限額10000元/人，亞太地區(qū)航班往返補(bǔ)助限額5000元/人，國(guó)內(nèi)航班（含港澳臺(tái)）往返補(bǔ)助限額3000元/人。實(shí)驗(yàn)室對(duì)本次論壇優(yōu)秀匯報(bào)學(xué)者給予獎(jiǎng)狀和獎(jiǎng)金。

【崗位職責(zé)】

開展水產(chǎn)和果蔬相關(guān)研究方向的研究。

【待遇與發(fā)展】

（一）實(shí)驗(yàn)室為科研人員提供先進(jìn)的設(shè)備平臺(tái)、實(shí)驗(yàn)場(chǎng)所及學(xué)術(shù)交流環(huán)境；

（二）提供有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的薪酬待遇，具體面議：

以下綜合年薪含工資、單位和個(gè)人繳納的五險(xiǎn)一金、餐補(bǔ)、稅費(fèi)等。

1、博士后綜合年薪稅前42萬(wàn)-48萬(wàn)（含符合條件并成功申請(qǐng)的海南省博士后日常補(bǔ)貼稅前15萬(wàn)元/人/年）；另資助科研經(jīng)費(fèi)每年12萬(wàn)元。

2、青年研究員綜合年薪稅前27萬(wàn)-57萬(wàn)元，提供一定額度的科研啟動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi)；根據(jù)科研潛力及職稱水平調(diào)整，具體面議。

（三）享受國(guó)家規(guī)定的各類假種、高溫補(bǔ)貼，餐費(fèi)補(bǔ)貼、年度體檢、工會(huì)福利等。

（四）依據(jù)科技城引進(jìn)人才認(rèn)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，實(shí)驗(yàn)室協(xié)助認(rèn)定科技城E類人才,并可享受稅前40萬(wàn)元現(xiàn)金獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)+40萬(wàn)元安居房購(gòu)房補(bǔ)貼，不納入實(shí)驗(yàn)室綜合年薪。

Hainan Seed Industry Laboratory (formerly known as Hainan Yazhou Bay Seed Laboratory) is a provincial-level research platform established by Hainan Province to promote the "Southern Breeding Silicon Valley". Focusing on aquatic seed industry and tropical fruits/vegetables, the Laboratory attracts domestic and international outstanding talents to promote technological innovation and achievement transformation for precision breeding and high-efficiency agriculture. As a new-type research institution，the Laboratory is located in Yazhou Bay S&T City, Sanya, Hainan. To attract outstanding domestic and international young talents, the Laboratory will host 2025 International Young Scholars Forum. Focusing on advancements and industrial applications in aquatic germplasm resource development, genetic breeding technologies, biotechnological innovation, and green intelligent aquaculture.

Research Fields:

Have a doctoral degree in biological breeding and related disciplines (including but not limited to biotechnology, bioinformatics, molecular biology, aquaculture, genetic breeding, microbiology, and agricultural engineering).

Eligibility:

Outstanding young scholars engaged in relevant scientific research at domestic/foreign universities, research institutions, or leading industry enterprises.

Postdoctoral researchers from renowned institutions worldwide who are nearing completion of their tenure, or doctoral candidates PhD graduates from well-known academic institutions.

(3) Invitation & Confirmation

The laboratory will send invitations by May 30, 2025. Invited scholars must confirm attendance within 2 days of receiving the invitation. Please monitor your email regularly for updates.

(4) Travel & Accommodation

During the forum, the Laboratory will cover accommodation and meals for on-site inviters. The invited scholars will book their own travel tickets, the Laboratory will reimburse travel expenses (economy-class flights/second-class train tickets). Maximum amount: CNY 10,000 per capita for participants traveling from North America or Europe, CNY 5,000 per capita for participants traveling from Asian countries, CNY 3,000 per capita for participants traveling from Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau or Taiwan.

【Open Positions】

【Responsibilities】

Carry out research projects in the fields of aquaculture and fruit and vegetable related research directions. And fulfill other duties as required.

【Compensation & support】

(1) Postdoctoral Fellows: Pre-tax annual salary of 420,000–480,000 CNY (includes 150,000 CNY/year from Hainan Postdoctoral Subsidy，base salary, benefits, taxes, social insurance, etc.)

+ 120,000 CNY/year research funding.

Young Researchers: pre-tax annual salary of 270,000-570,000 CNY(includes 150,000 CNY/year from Hainan Postdoctoral Subsidy，base salary, benefits, taxes, social insurance, etc.)

+ research startup funds.

(2) Additional benefits:
