●Provide strategic leadership for the Software Engineering discipline and degree programs
●Lead curriculum design, review, and continuous improvement to ensure alignment with international standards and industry needs
●Coordinate course offerings, teaching assignments, and academic workload planning within the program
●Teach core and advanced courses in Software Engineering and related areas at undergraduate levels
●Supervise bachelor theses
●Conduct and lead high-quality research in Software Engineering or closely related fields
●Develop and maintain strong partnerships with industry, government, and professional bodies
●Represent the program and department in national and international academic networks and conferences

●PhD in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline
●Practical or collaborative experience with industry in software development, large-scale systems, or technology transfer
●International academic experience or a strong international professional network preferred
●A strong, internationally recognized research record, evidenced by publications in leading journals and conferences preferred
●Demonstrated excellence in university-level teaching Proven experience in academic leadership or coordination roles
●Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion in teaching, research, and leadership
●English is required (C1); German is desirable
