主要研究方向 1. 開發(fā)和應(yīng)用蛋白質(zhì)半合成、分子探針等化學(xué)方法，研究酶及細胞信號通路中的蛋白質(zhì)磷酸化、泛素化等翻譯后修飾。 2. 探索蛋白質(zhì)泛素及類泛素修飾的調(diào)控機制以及其在疾病發(fā)生中的病理機制，鑒別新的治療靶點。 3. 開發(fā)靶向泛素化的合成生物學(xué)工具，為基礎(chǔ)研究和疾病治療提供新方法。 Major Research Projects a. Developing and applying chemical methods, such as protein semisynthesis and molecular probes, to investigate protein ubiquitination, phosphorylation, and other PTMs in key enzyme and cellular signaling pathways. b. Exploring the regulatory mechanisms of ubiquitin and ubiquitin-like modifications and their pathological roles in disease progression to identify novel therapeutic targets. c. Designing and optimizing synthetic biology tools for targeted ubiquitination to provide innovative methods for basic research and translational medicine.

任職要求 1. 近三年已獲得或即將獲得生命科學(xué)、化學(xué)、藥學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)的博士學(xué)位，具有生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)、藥理學(xué)、蛋白設(shè)計、藥物開發(fā)等研究背景者優(yōu)先考慮； 2. 有責任心和團隊精神，誠實誠信，心態(tài)陽光，熱愛創(chuàng)新與挑戰(zhàn); 3. 能獨立地開展科研工作； 4. 具備較好的英文溝通、寫作能力。 Qualifications a. Have obtained or be about to obtain (within the past three years) a Ph.D. in life science, chemistry, pharmacology or a related field. Candidates with a strong background in fields, such as biochemistry and molecular biology, pharmacology, protein design or targeted-based drug development are preferred. b. Highly responsible, honest with a positive mindset, and unafraid of trying new approaches. c. Capable of conducting research independently. d. Competent in English communication and writing skills.
